Jocelyn Hess is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program at the 500-hour level. She has found that in this day and age, it is so easy to become disconnected from ourselves, and that yoga reconnects us to our true self. She has felt so much more joy and balance in her life since having a regular yoga practice, and wants others to feel that joy as well. She feels that our minds, body, and breath have so much to offer us, if we can just learn how to use them all together. She loves helping people find yoga and how it can benefit them personally.
