Yoga to Beat the Winter Blues
Beat the winter blues! You will be guided through practices of gentle movement, breath, and meditation to help bring energy, warmth, and light into your life during this season of coldness and dark.
Students will be given tools to find and highlight energy, balance, warmth and light. These tools will also work for building a home practice to maintain balance, self-compassion and awareness through the season and beyond.
