the yoga of thanksgiving

Join us for this special two-hour yoga class on Thanksgiving
morning. We will practice asana (postures) to relax and renew the
spirit, stretch and strengthen the body, open the heart, and stimulate
digestion.
This class is the perfect way to start the traditional day of feasting
and family, using yoga to celebrate the gifts and blessings of this
life! Cultivate a spirit of gratitude both on Thanksgiving day and the
rest of the year.
Appropriate for beginners to advanced students. All levels and
abilities welcome.

About the Instructor: Tracy Weber is the owner and
founder of Whole Life Yoga. She originally came to yoga for relief from
chronic back pain and rapidly discovered the balance and stress relief
that yoga provides. Tracy loves helping people use yoga to find balance
and overcome physical limitations. Her classes are at the same time
energizing and relaxing, and she focuses on creating a supportive and
joyful environment for her students.
