Yoga for Spring Vitality

Spring is a time of awakening, renewal, and energy, so why not add that to your yoga practice as well? Flush out winter congestion with this strength-building yoga series.

This six-week series will be focusing on strengthening the body, clearing the mind, and inviting in the renewing energy of spring. We will be working with stronger postures, balances, and flows to focus the mind and tone the body.

All levels are welcome, but not recommended for anyone with recent injuries as we will be working stronger than most classes offered at Whole Life Yoga.
