Whole Life Yoga

teacher seminars

For Whole Life Yoga teacher training graduates and current teacher training students, Whole Life Yoga is offering continuing education series and workshops taught by Tracy Weber (additional students will considered on a case-by-case basis).

Those who have already graduated and are certified by Yoga Alliance are eligible for Yoga Alliance continuing education units (CEU's). Each classroom hour counts as one Yoga Alliance "contact CEU".

Registration can be done online (below), via phone or e-mail. Pre-payment is required to hold your space. You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. After that, you are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Each class has a minimum number of student registrations for the class to occur, otherwise the class will be cancelled. For classes held at the Whole Life Yoga studio, this determination is made 5 days prior to the start date. For classes held at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, this determination is made 15 days prior to the start date (due to the rental policies of the Phinney Neighborhood Center). In the event of a cancellation, payment will be refunded in full.

Yoga for Yoga Teachers
Location: Whole Life Yoga
Contact CEU's: 6 per series
Minimum number of students per series: 12
Each of these series has two primary goals: to personally, via practice, explore yoga principles in a deeper way than is available in drop-in classes. And to discuss, via Q&A, how to apply what you've practiced to your own class. Each session will include 75 minutes of practice and 15 minutes of discussion.

Energizing and Relaxing Body, Breath and Mind through Breath Adaptations and Asana
In this series we will explore asana practices specifically designed to have energetic effects. We will not be exploring pranayama. The practices will include gentle and some strong asana, as well as some flow. But the core intention is experiencing the use of breath modifications in asana. The classes will be designed for you---an audience with significant breath experience. However, I will also include teachings on how to best incorporate this work into series or other public group classes.
Sundays July 11 - August 1 (4 classes), 8:45 - 10:15 am. $150
