begin the new year. What better way to start than with a beautiful yoga
and meditation practice! Join Tracy as she leads this gentle yoga,
breath, and meditation class focused on connecting with the body and
breath and setting intentions for the new year.
Together we will create a quality of peace, joy, and community that we can carry forward to our lives in the months ahead.

About the Instructor: Tracy Weber is the owner and founder of Whole Life Yoga. She originally came to yoga for relief from chronic back pain and rapidly discovered the balance and stress relief that yoga provides. Tracy loves helping people use yoga to find balance and overcome physical limitations. Her classes are at the same time energizing and relaxing, and she focuses on creating a supportive and joyful environment for her students.
