Tracy Weber is the owner and founder of Whole Life Yoga. She is a certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist through the American Viniyoga Institute's teacher training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. She has also completed advanced studies in prenatal yoga. She originally came to yoga for relief from chronic back pain, and discovered the balance and stress relief yoga provides. Tracy believes that the benefits of yoga are much broader than physical exercise, and that yoga can help people achieve what they want in all areas of life. |

Sheryl Stich is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. Sheryl came to Viniyoga after recovering from disc hernia surgery in 2002. She also had hip replacement surgery, and found that yoga and breath work not only helped retain her health physically, but also helped mentally and emotionally. She finds much joy and happiness in sharing this "calm awakening" connecting the mind, body and breath with her students. |

Suzette Birrell is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. She is also a registered prenatal yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. She believes the practice of yoga is a way to live each day with joy by staying healthy both mentally and physically. Suzette brings this passion for life into her teaching, helping people truly live the life they want today and beyond. |

Karen Campbell is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's and the American Viniyoga Institute's teacher training programs and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. A lifelong student, Karen continues her studies with Tracy Weber and also attends other workshops in the viniyoga lineage. Karen most enjoys yoga for the balance and flexibility it brings to body and mind, both on and off the mat. |

Kim Tull-Esterbrook is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program at the 200-hour level. Kim uses yoga as a tool to help her know and understand herself and the world more fully, and as a practice to help her move with courage and grace through all the beautiful and challenging things she finds through that searching. It is her intention to share the gifts of yoga with others as they embark on their own journeys. |

In her personal life, Cara uses yoga and meditation to explore and develop the positive results that come from fully embracing and being in each moment. She came to yoga at the age of 48, and is a long-time meditator and spiritual seeker who is interested in using the tools of yoga to deeply explore breath and presence. |

Rene De Los Santos is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program, and is certified at the 200-hour level by Whole Life Yoga. He has also traveled to India to explore the roots of yoga. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years and teaching movement classes for 20 years, and is interested in helping people find joy in movement, dance, exercise, fitness and well-being. |

Sonia Weirich is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program, and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Throughout her life, physical movement (running, swimming, cycling) has always given her peace in body, mind, and spirit. Eventually her spiritual practices drew her to yoga, which she had been exposed to by her mother during childhood. She has explored many forms of yoga (Vinyasa, Asthtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Bikram), and found her home in Viniyoga. |

Patricia Hedtke is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She uses yoga as a means of letting her mind, body, and spirit join hands in partnership. Her goal is to make yoga available to those of a larger, rounder body type. |

Liziah Woodruff is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program at the 500-hour level. She has experience teaching yoga to adults, kids and families. She is a therapist, writer, storyteller and performer. Liziah is Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate. She has received a Masters of Arts in Psychology/Systems Counseling from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Cornish College of the Arts. |

Shelley Curtis is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program, and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She is also a certified post-partum doula. Shelley came to yoga as a way to rehabilitate from a back injury, but quickly found that yoga benefits far more than just the physical body. A mom of two young boys, she draws from her experiences in pregnancy, childbirth and the transition to motherhood to help moms meet the physical, emotional and mental challenges through asana, breathing and meditation. |

Deb Fitzpatrick is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program, and is certified at the 200-hour level by Whole Life Yoga. She has also had training in Aston Techniques. Deb took her first yoga class in 2000, initially for the physical practice but has continued for the emotional, psychological and physical well being that a Yoga practice brings to her. Deb truly believes that anyone can do Yoga, which is her guiding principle for teaching in the Viniyoga tradition. |

She took up yoga as a complement to her regular fitness and singing practices and discovered a sense of peace, self-awareness and healing that she attempts to convey to her students through each class. She enjoys finding ways to make yoga suit the individual needs of her students and seeing the benefits that result. |

Marcie Leek is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program, and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She has found yoga, meditation, and breathwork to be powerful tools to create balance in her life, and is inspired to help others do the same. Marcie is dedicated to the Viniyoga lineage, believing that its methods of focusing on the spine and the breath, as well as its principle of adapting the postures to fit each practitioner on any given day, truly make yoga accessible to everyone. |

She is also a Licensed Massage Practitioner, and brings a deep love and understanding of the human form, function and potential.
