Tracy Weber is the owner and founder of Whole Life Yoga. She is a certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist through the American Viniyoga Institute's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. She has also completed advanced studies in prenatal yoga. She originally came to yoga for relief from chronic back pain, and discovered the balance and stress relief yoga provides. Tracy believes that the benefits of yoga are much broader than physical exercise, and that yoga can help people achieve what they want in all areas of life.

Suzette Birrell is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. She is also trained in prenatal/postnatal yoga by Collette Crawford. She believes the practice of yoga is a way to live each day with joy by staying healthy both mentally and physically. Suzette brings this passion for life into her teaching, helping people truly live the life they want today and beyond.

Cara Forrler is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. In her personal life, Cara uses yoga and meditation to explore and develop the positive results that come from fully embracing and being in each moment. She is passionate about sharing with others the physical, emotional, and mental healing yoga can provide through its joining of mind, body and breath.

Sharon Beaudoin is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She is also a trained birth doula and certified infant massage teacher. Sharon's personal yoga and Mindfulness meditation practice keep her focused on the joy of each moment. She strives to teach classes that enhance our ability to be present now. Her prenatal classes are meditative and renewing, and focus on building a strong breath practice to support a healthy labor and birth experience.

Deb Fitzpatrick is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program, and is certified at the 200-hour level by Whole Life Yoga. She has also had training in Aston Techniques. Deb took her first yoga class in 2000, initially for the physical practice but has continued for the emotional, psychological and physical well being that a Yoga practice brings to her. Deb truly believes that anyone can do Yoga, which is her guiding principle for teaching in the Viniyoga tradition.

Liziah Woodruff is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Liziah's passion is to inspire people through yoga to connect with their unique and powerful selves by bringing balance, happiness and new possibilities to mind and body. She has a BFA in acting and has recorded a CD "Fire Inside a Kiss".

Sheryl Stich is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. Sheryl came to Viniyoga after recovering from disc hernia surgery in 2002. She also had hip replacement surgery, and found that yoga and breath work not only helped retain her health physically, but also helped mentally and emotionally. She finds much joy and happiness in sharing this "calm awakening" connecting the mind, body and breath with her students.

Alene Moroni is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Seeking balance to other fitness pursuits, she took her first yoga class in 2003. She quickly found that the practice brought a sense of balance and healing to her life. Alene loves to share that with others, believing that consistently attending to the link between breath and movement can help one meet almost any challenge.

Suzanne Stephens is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's advanced teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. She emphasizes the use of breath and movement as a means of empowering each individual to be the best they can be in & out of the studio. Her enthusiasm is contagious.

Patricia Hedtke is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She uses yoga as a means of letting her mind, body, and spirit join hands in partnership. Her goal is to make yoga available to those of a larger, rounder body type.

Laurel Lakey is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She is also a dance instructor, choreographer and performer. In her own life, she uses yoga as a balance to the rigor and physical demands of being a dancer. Laurel believes yoga is an incredible tool for developing awareness in the body, calming the mind, and connecting with one’s self. Her passion rests in helping people find balance in their lives by learning how to be present in their bodies.

Melanie Reed is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She came to yoga at the age of 48, and is a long-time meditator and spiritual seeker who is interested in using the tools of yoga to deeply explore breath and presence.
