Tracy Weber is the owner and founder of Whole Life Yoga. She is a certified yoga teacher and therapist from the American Viniyoga Institute, and has completed advanced studies in prenatal yoga. She originally came to yoga for relief from chronic back pain, and discovered the balance and stress relief yoga provides. Tracy believes that the benefits of yoga are much broader than physical exercise, and that yoga can help people achieve what they want in all areas of life.
Aubrey Jackson is a yoga enthusiast who has been practicing many types of yoga for 10 years. Finding viniyoga with Tracy Weber motivated her to become a certified yoga teacher, so she could spread this healing form of yoga. Aubrey is a very uplifting and positive individual who will reach out to anyone.
Suzette Birrell is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor, trained in the Viniyoga tradition by Tracy Weber and in prenatal/postnatal yoga by Collette Crawford.  She believes the practice of yoga is a way to live each day with joy by staying healthy both mentally and physically.  Suzette brings this passion for life into her teaching, helping people truly live the life they want today and beyond.
Deirdre Wilcox is a certified yoga instructor and a licensed massage therapist, and is in private practice as an Aston-Patterner.  Her passion is helping people live with greater ease by finding their most optimal expression of self, and she offers guidance on how to best support that expression with compassion and conscious choices.
Michelle Meyerdierks is a certified yoga instructor trained in the Viniyoga tradition and registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has been the studio assistant at Whole Life Yoga since 2004 and has been practicing yoga since 2002. Michelle came to yoga after the death of her Mother in 2001. Yoga and its effects have touched Michelle’s life in many profound and positive ways. She finds great joy in sharing her knowledge of yoga and its benefits with others.
Rene De Los Santos is a graduate of the Whole Life Yoga Teacher Training program. Rene has 12 years experience teaching group fitness classes including dance and movement. He has experienced the life changing benefits of Yoga and encourages everyone to work at their own pace and find joy in everything they do.
Cara Forrler is a certified yoga instructor trained in the Viniyoga tradition by Tracy Weber. In her personal life, Cara uses yoga and meditation to explore and develop the positive results that come from fully embracing and being in each moment. She is passionate about sharing with others the physical, emotional, and mental healing yoga can provide through its joining of mind, body and breath.
Deb Fitzpatrick is a certified yoga instructor trained in the Viniyoga tradition by Tracy Weber, and has had training in Aston Techniques. Deb took her first yoga class in 2000, initially for the physical practice but has continued for the emotional, psychological and physical well being that a Yoga practice brings to her. Deb truly believes that anyone can do Yoga, which is her guiding principle for teaching in the Viniyoga tradition.
Sharon Beaudoin is a certified yoga instructor and graduate of Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program. Sharon was inspired to become a yoga teacher after experiencing the power and beauty of prenatal yoga. Her goal is to help women feel vibrant, healthy, peaceful and strong during their pregnancies and birth experiences.
Liziah Woodruff completed her yoga teacher training in 2005 with Tracy Weber and is a Certified Yoga Teacher. Liziah's passion is to inspire people through yoga to connect with their unique and powerful selves by bringing balance, happiness and new possibilities to mind and body. She has a BFA in acting and has recorded a CD "Fire Inside a Kiss".
Alene Moroni is a certified yoga instructor, trained in the Viniyoga tradition by Tracy Weber. Seeking balance to other fitness pursuits, she took her first yoga class in 2003. She quickly found that the practice brought a sense of balance and healing to her life. Alene loves to share that with others, believing that consistently attending to the link between breath and movement can help one meet almost any challenge.
Suzanne Stephens is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor, trained in the Viniyoga tradition by Tracy Weber. She emphasizes the use of breath and movement as a means of empowering each individual to be the best they can be in & out of the studio. Her enthusiasm is contagious.
Patricia Hedtke is a graduate of the Whole Life Yoga teacher training program. She uses yoga as a means of letting her mind, body, and spirit join hands in partnership. Her goal is to make yoga available to those of a larger, rounder body type.
