Drop-in class descriptions

All Levels: Appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Postures and instructions are adapted to meet the needs of the individual students in each class.

Prenatal: A class for moms-to-be from conception to delivery. Get to know other expecting moms while you prepare your body and mind for pregnancy, birth and motherhood. More information

Yoga for Relaxation: A class designed to enhance physical, mental, and energetic relaxation. A great class for beginners!

New Moms Yoga: Offers gentle yoga poses to help strengthen, energize, and tone the whole body, focusing on the abdomen, back and pelvic floor. Please come with or without your baby and enjoy this time with other new mothers. More information

Yoga Over 50: A gentler class for individuals over 50 who wish to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Appropriate for beginners and experienced students. More information

Slow Flow: A breath-focused flow class designed to lift the energy in the body, focus the mind, and open the heart. Appropriate for all levels without active injury.

Energize and Strengthen: This class incorporates breath awareness with stronger postures and flowing sequences to build strength and energy in the body, and focus in the mind. Students should be familiar with basic postures and injury-free.

Yoga for Chronic Pain: This class is designed to help reduce stress and discomfort caused by chronic conditions, including fibromyalgia, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and Lyme disease. Focuses on gentle movements promoting the flow of energy throughout the body, and teaching balanced breath practices and meditations that can be done at home.
