Ongoing class descriptions

Yoga for Relaxation: A class designed to enhance physical, mental, and energetic relaxation. A great class for beginners!

All Levels: Appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Postures and instructions are adapted to meet the needs of the individual students in each class.

Flow: An all levels class that links viniyoga postures together in a flowing style. Great for mobilizing energy in the body and focusing the mind. 3 months yoga experience recommended.

Intermediate: A stronger class exploring more advanced postures. For individuals with 6+ months yoga experience and those who are generally physically fit and free from injury.

Prenatal: A class for moms-to-be from 8 weeks to delivery. Get to know other expecting moms while you prepare your body and mind for pregnancy, birth and motherhood. More information

Mom & Baby: A class for new moms with infants up to crawling. Spend time with the baby and nurture yourself at the same time! More information
