Don't let limited mobility get in the way of enjoying the benefits of yoga in your day to day life! Come join us for Chair Yoga, where we will start every practice sitting and slowly work our way down to the floor in a sequence of movements and postures that are designed to increase strength, balance, and range of motion. This class will focus on practical life skills, such as how to get up and down off the floor safely, as well help you retain and increase flexibility in the neck, torso, and joints. This class will be knee sensitive, meaning no postures will require you to kneel on the floor, and is appropriate for all ages and abilities.

$17 drop in, $80 for 5-class pass, $150 for 10-class pass, $250 for 20-class pass
