yoga for a balanced life
Its hard to find the perfect balance in many aspects of our lives. We work too hard, stress too much, or overcompensate with lack of moderation. Wherever you need more balance, coming to the mat can help you find your focus mentally as well as find balance in the physical body.
In this 4-week series we will be working on creating balance in the body and the mind, that we can then expand out to all things in our daily life. We will be focusing on building core strength, symmetry, and balance. We will incorporate breath modifications to make the practice more mindful and focused, creating an overall sense of wellbeing, mentally and physically.
